When I had trouble getting my pistol license b/c the PD was stalling and not approving me James successfully brought an artilce 78 lawsuit against them and get me my license. I totally recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat.

James was knowledgeable, fast and me a judgment and warrant in lightning fast time. He answered all my questions and really made my wife and me (who are both disabled senior citizens) feel confident in him. I hope we never need to lawyer again but if we do need one for an eviction we would not hesitate to call Murtha & Murtha. Highly recommend them!

Mr. Murtha was excellent. He talked with me and explained everything about my case for free, and when I decided to hire him to evict my tenant, the process server was there the next day serving him with papers! He always answered all of my questions, and was very responsive and professional the entire case. I would definitely use him again if I have anymore tenant problems. Thanks again!

James defended me a lawsuit by a credit card bank. The whole thing was bogus abd he saw right thru them and knew just what to do. He won the case for me and now I don't owe anything. Great lawyer!

Our tenants were served with papers right away, and he evicted them for us within a week! I'm so happy he was able to get rid of our deadbeat tenant. Awesome lawyer, and seems to love what he does and works 24/7 (he actually answers his phone at 10pm!).
