Excellent and professional service.

If you want to take an exceptionally long time to close on your property, this is the company to hire for your title needs. Price Abstract is very unreliable; we are over a month late on closing due to the title company taking foreverrr and ever. After numerous excuses and them likely tiring of our inquiries, we were finally given a date that the title would be in our atty's hands. Lo and behold, that date is long gone and our attorney still doesn't have our title to close. I know that NYS isn't quick with many things but when you're paying cash, you expect to have a relatively quick closing. Hence, why we chose to pay with cash, so we could have our property quicker!
