“Unfortunately I must report that Mr. Tollisen was unresponsive to both emails and phone calls from my attorney Gus Gillberg in relation to an after sale real estate problem we encountered.”

Potential issues with document drafting and timely completion of transactions
“I went under contract in November, I requested that they draft up a purchase agreement, after 2 weeks without one, the sellers attorney ended up writing my purchase agreement. The original title search came back with 5 acres less then what I would be purchasing and I was advised to move forward anyways, again the sellers attorney advised me to wait for an updated title description for the full acreage.”
