RICHARD JACOBY IS EXCELLENT! I used him for my chapter 13 bankruptcy that i claimed after i became overwhelmed in debt due to school loans , car loans and credit card debt on top of my current bills . The process was so simple and easy and required little to no work from myself aside from providing the documents. Richard assured me after a detailed and thorough consultation on what action and decision would be most beneficial for me and he put me at ease with going through with the process and I’m more than happy i did! Just return from being overseas over 30 years.
