Cons
1
Occasional instances of poor client service and communication issues
“Spoke to a lady on the Phone who was Very RUDE TODAY ”
2
Some delays in case resolution due to high workload
“While walking on the sidewalk on my way home from my routine morning exercise, I crossed paths with a FedEx delivery person who opened a homeowner's gate. He slammed the gate shut with such force that it swung back to the walkway, hitting me on my right wrist. The severity of the injuries I sustained sent me to the emergency room. Based on the treatment I received, I was discharged with a further evaluation by an orthopedic specialist. I was out of work for three months with constant visits to the hand specialist. I consulted with three different attorneys, and they literally brushed me away, saying that they deal with bigger cases.”
