Charles has been an attorney for 27 years, has done pro-bono for widows, divorced women taking care of grade school kids, families with sick children who had chronic diseases and countless other people who were in dire straits but no way to protect themselves when banks were acting in bad faith in their specific matter. He has saved people's homes, fought cases denied by lower court decisions in the Supreme Court and has been successful many times. He works 6 days a week, most nights until 7 or 8pm because he actually cares about helping his clients and their families. Charles is considered one of the top 10 Foreclosure Defense Attorneys in the Country by his peers and colleagues, I know because in the 5 years he defended me, I was able to meet many attorneys in court and his office and hear all the wonderful stories people told me about his work. He always made me feel safe and comfortable and as they say when it comes to legal matters, no news is good news. A few complaints in 27 years, I guess even Coca Cola has some unsatisfied customers...if you're reading this, just remember, there are two sides to every story!

This is my first ever online review so do not take my words lightly. Do not hire him! He will promise you everything and deliver nothing. He strategizes on occasion but never follows through on anything. He rarely responds to emails, he does not read documents that have been sent to his office on your behalf and does not remember one case from the next regardless of how many times you email or call him to remind him. When challenged why he is disengaged or hasn't followed through on something he finds a way to blame you and becomes verbally aggressive. There are so many negatives here I suggest you read all the negative comments and piece them together; they all have a common thread.

During a bad phase in my life I was introduced to Craig Robins. He is a perfect example of a lawyer whose hands are always in his client’s pockets - even if those pockets are empty. He is unethical and will not hesitate to hurt his clients if he can gain few bucks from the other side as direct reimbursement or an ability to represent them in the future. He likes to take your money and go cycling in country side of France and give wrong advise to his clients.

I gave money to this attorney to protect me in a mortgage related issue. He took the money & did absolutely nothing. He avoided me. Refused to discuss the case with me. He lied to me when he said he would protect me. Someone else here said he is a do nothing attorney & they were right. He won't talk with you, meet you, strategize with you, put in motions, read your documents - nothing. It's inconceivable that such a bad attorney exists. Because he did nothing, I asked for a partial refund of fees which he refused so I took him to Arbitration & won. His work ethic is so flawed that I was in grave danger from the moment I went with Charles Wallshein. Stay away. He doesn't care about doing the legal work for you, only in collecting fees.

THE WORST ATTY I HAVE EVER HAD ..........DOES NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS, E-MAILS,OR LETTERS.............HOW DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS ATTY IS DOING TO REPRESENT HIS CLIENTS?

Mr. Wallshein is a superb human being and a professional with a broad acquaintanceship of Real Estate Laws and Foreclosure Defense. I will definitely recommend his firm. He has a great staff, Debbie is the best!.

Great firm: I had a big problem and so I went to this firm to do a bankruptcy and then they did the foreclosure defense, saving me a lot. They don't do divorces but they sent me to a woman who does them and I was really happy with what she did. The whole thing with the money and the custody case made my life a lot easier and my ex and I now are on pretty good terms.
