Mr. Casale would have to be one of the most intelligent and well educated attorneys in all areas of law that I have ever been fortunate to meet. I was introduced to him through one of my colleagues at the hospital. As the President of my Nurses Union at the time and a staff nurse I had encountered an issue due to the vaccine mandate. He was extremely knowledgeable in all areas of law including constitutional. Mr. Casale explains everything clearly and always returns calls. Attorney Frank Casale is the best representation I could have ever hope for. I was in a jam - arrested for the first time with a DUI - completely clueless and scared. Mr. Casale calmly, (I'll repeat that - calmly - which is very important for this type of experience) explained the process step by step, and whisked away by extreme anxiety. I had a problem with my mortgage company, Mr. Casale was recommended by multiple individuals that were very satisfied client. I called Mr. Casale and we arranged to meet, and I presented him with multiple documents and my story. Mr. Casale wanted time to review all the documents and we made arrangements to meet again. A few days later Mr. Casale called and we arranged a second meeting, where he thoughrly explained his review of the documents and my options. We discussed a fee, which I agreed, was very fair. He charged me a flat fee and did nothing for several months. He did not work on my case at all until i was in trouble with the law. He was pushing for a trial when i would have lost a trial and it was not in my best interest. i had to get another attorney who finished out the case.
