Potential for overbilling and running up the client's bill
“Beware! This law firm is rather greedy. Once you sign that initial agreement to pay for their services, they will start spending more time on your case than you ever agreed or expected, billing and double-billing you for work that is not really necessary or tangential time that other firms would not bill. They will find ways to run up your bill far beyond what they originally estimate to you.”
