I thank Ronald Weiss for all his help and cooperation. I was overwhelmed and scared with the entire ordeal of having debt that I couldn't pay. With the help and assistance from your office, and your own kind advice and encouragement, things were easier than I expected.

I am writing this review because I felt compelled to do so, I have been a client of Ronald Weiss for many years and I am very grateful that I am. Ron and his amazing staff have time & time again saved my family from financial ruin. He has successfully executed chapter 7’s and 11’s both for myself and my wife which resulted in stopping numerous foreclosures and subsequently keeping us in our home. At the darkest times in our family’s life Ron kept upbeat, positive and confident but most of all always truthful. He is very knowledgeable but you will realize that the first moment you meet him. We have hired Ron once again on his recommendation for a process called (Order to show cause) An option we did not know about till we met Ron. This is an option that could keep us in our home indefinitely. I would not trust my legal issues with anyone else. Just a note: I travel over 30 mile to his office and it is well worth the time and gas.

Ron helped me (a tenant) resolve a landlord/tenant situation that was quickly evolving in very frustrating fashion. Before contacting Ron, I felt bewildered and stressed by the sudden and frankly unpredictable atmosphere that was escalating, and I was uncertain what options I had available or which of those options I should seriously consider pursuing. He responded to me almost immediately after I made contact with his office (on a weekend), listened to the particulars of my situation, and quickly cleared the chaos out of the way to focus on what I was really hoping to achieve and concentrate on the best possible steps to reach that end. Almost immediately, my stress and anxiety levels returned to a comfortable level of serenity, and they have remained that way thanks to his guidance. Ron (and his staff member Keri) have both been easy to reach and quick to respond during each of the shifting developments that have occurred since I've first retained his services. Many of those responses occurred during late evening or weekend hours, and all have helped restore order and move me closer to a more professional orderly resolution, which I appreciated tremendously. I have been extremely happy with the prompt, professional and considerate manner that has been shown to me from the beginning to the end of this process. I cannot thank Ron enough for the tremendous help he has provided, turning a difficult and daunting process into something I am pleased will now be behind me.

I fell behind for several years on real estate taxes on our home due to a disability and came to Ronald Weiss several years ago a day before a foreclosure sale. Ronald Weiss has been working with my family, including my adult son, to try to permanently save the property from foreclosure. It is essential for us to save the property because it is not only is our family home, but it also has significant equity which is necessary for our family’s future. We finally are at a point where our combined incomes will allow us the cure our arrears in a Chapter 13 case. Mr. Weiss has helped us stay the foreclosure with Chapter 13 and an emergency Order to Show Cause. With his help we have the knowledge and encouragement with which we can make saving our family home a reality.

Mr. Ronald Weiss represented me in early 2010 in a successful chapter 7 case. The case allowed me to deal with a difficult situation and since then I have restored much of my credit. My efforts were unsuccessful and the lender engaged in tactics that I found very frustrating. I am glad I did since Mr. Weiss’s defense of the foreclosure action and effort toward getting me an agreement with the bank finally resulted in doable permanent modification.
