I went in for a complimentary consultation with Mr. Weiss and was very pleased with how patient and professional he was. Mr. Weiss showed me he that he really as the law relating to foreclosures and bankruptcy. He possesses a rare quality for a lawyer empathy!

Thank You to Ron Weiss, his staff, and especially to Shannon Wright, in successfully handling my foreclosure proceedings (halting them), and eventual refinancing. Though it took some time (years) using different methods, refinancing was finally successful.....with lower payments and lower interest rates.....something that I absolutely needed. Each time I spoke with either Ron or Shannon, everything was handled promptly and very professionally.....and they listened to, and appreciated, my concerns. This usually doesn't happen with lawyers, so their empathy was appreciated.
