This is Werls Francois, couldn’t switch over to my Google account for some reason, but I’ll I had a massive $41,000 private student loan debt collector that was on my case and John Hilbert was able to get a fair and great deal for me because he was able to spot errors and inconsistencies in their documentation so thank you to John as always he really saved me a headache and now I have a more affordable payment that is also 100% completely interest-free. Definitely would recommend these people to anyone who needs it.

Absolute chaos in this office. They do not keep good records and all they care about is getting paid and they don’t care about the outcome of your legal situation. I was trying to help a friend avoid foreclosure on a house as a result of a corrupt bank charging more than 100% interest on a loan that he defaulted on. Ron Weiss‘s office was quick to take our money but then went radio silent until we got notification that the house was going to foreclosure. When I tried to address it with Gina, I was told that Melissa the attorney should’ve never been negotiating on our behalf and that they needed us to come back to the office and pay even more money even though they dropped the ball. We gave them over $3000 and they have no record of anything to prove to us that they were trying to reach a settlement with the Bank on my friends behalf. We then obtained another lawyer and he wanted the records from Ron Weiss’s office and we were told by Gina that they do not keep Records of any phone calls. So all this time Weiss ‘s office was supposed to negotiating a settlement on our end and they have no record of doing so. This office cares only about $$$ and not about the humans on the other side of the equation. My advice is to take your business elsewhere. We found Chris Ross in Patchogue to be much more communicative, organized, and compassionate towards the unfortunate situation of our friend.

Dear Future Client, I have to say a big thanks to Attorney James Henry Dunne even though I did not use the services from his office. I have a case at the Nassau County D.A.'s office, and my attorney has been out sick for over a month. I looked for an attorney who would take cases such as mine. I came across the name of Attorney James Henry Dunne and decided to call him for help. Attorney James Henry Dunne explained the situation of his inability to be there as his schedule would clash with the day, date, and time of my required appearance. However, he was kind enough to refer me to another attorney who is now addressing the matter with the Nassau County D.A.'s office to resolve this matter. In today's hyper-competitive world, I should say that Attorney James Henry Dunne and his professionalism and character stood out. He is a believer that in sharing, you only receive more. Be very careful when reading reviews. 1. Anyone can write a review (friend,family, themselves) 2. There is NO way to validate these reviews. Companies can purchase reviews 3. You can tell that reviews are fake when MOST of the reviews are written in the same manner. (Grammar, sentence structure). MOST of the reviews appear to be written by people with the same grammar and manner of articulation. Suspicious.
