The Tully Law Group is a dedicated Elder law firm that takes the time to explain difficult issues with their clients. They are polite and caring in dealing with their clients. They explained things in a simple manner. I used them for my step dad and mother and they did a wonderful job for both of them.

Tully Law Group was recommended to my husband and myself from a friend of ours who had set up her and her husbands elder care planning with them. They had such good things to say about this law firm and after also setting up our elder care planning there we totally agree with them. My parents had not done any planning for later in life. When they needed to have certain legal documents and finances in place and didn't, we realized that we don't want that to happen to us. We were very nervous about setting up a 'legal plan' for our future. With Brian Tully and his team's experience and professional assistance a perfect plan has been developed for us. While doing this everyone was friendly, caring, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and at the same time professional. While setting everything up with us they always considered our input and concerns which we very much appreciated. We feel confident that our future is now protected and feel secure in knowing that if we do need further assistance this team will be there to guide us further as needed. The whole process flowed seamlessly and we now feel relaxed knowing that this is all set up and in place. From my parents and my own experience I know how important this planning is and would definitely recommend The Tully Law Group to assist you in doing this. His office knows what they did. Please think twice when you hire a person for your estate planning and they just draw up papers and advise you that's how it has to be done. Once your gone they will not speak for you to make sure your wishes for your family are executed by what you told him you wanted. They will tell your family that their not his client that your parent was. Thats only after telling you they know what was supposed to be executed but they lost the paperwork with that written on it. Please, please, please don't put your family in this situation. Reply to your answer.......... I knew exactly what you were going to say why would you admit you didn't do as the client wanted. Their not here to speak anymore so you can pretend you did your job. Your own office looked for the paper and said it should of been in there. Any one who new the type of people they were would know how they would of set up their estate for their family. I just want people to know to be careful of your representation of their family because it could happen to them. Your record is not as clean as you say. Very sad.

I have used Glen twice. Once to buy and just recently to sell a different House. Glen is patient, responsive, and efficient! It’s rare to find a professional who is this flexible and gets the job done very quick and accurately too! Thank you Glen for helping me again!

I retained the firm’s services to assist me with elder care planning for my father. I was very impressed with the very comprehensive initial consultation. During the consultation, I found Brian Tully to be very patient and reassuring. He was confident and took time to address all of my concerns and questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field. Moreover, I found Brian and his associates to be professional, responsive and very well organized. Tully Law Group is unique because it offers Life Care Planning legal services. This service combines Asset Protection, Medicaid and Care Advocacy, and offers a holistic approach that helps families with every aspect of caring for someone with a chronic illness. In my experience, this service has been so helpful to me! In addition to the legal assistance, I have been working closely with the Elder Care Coordinator Raina Dedilectis. Raina is a nurse and is an absolute pleasure to work with! She has provided excellent guidance to me during all of my father’s evaluations. Raina’s nursing background is a wonderful resource. She has functioned as an invaluable support system to me while navigating the process of getting my father enrolled in an appropriate Managed Long Term Care plan. As a result of Tully’s legal team and Raina’s guidance, my father was recently enrolled in an adult day program and has a home health aide a few days a week. I highly recommend Tully Law Group for your elder care and estate planning needs!

We had Tully Law Group work on Wills, Living Wills, Health Care Proxies, etc, along with setting up a Trust for our family. Everyone we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Because we were not well versed in what to include in the aforementioned documents, at times we felt overwhelmed by it all. The patience shown by everyone we dealt with was exemplary. They personalized everything for us and took pains to take the time to explain in layman’s language all of the questions that we had. Finally we want to acknowledge Rebbeccah Flohr, Associate Attorney. We dealt mostly with her through all of the preparation of the documents up to and including the meeting when all of the documents were signed. Her knowledge and professionalism were beyond reproach. Her patience is off the charts. She has a way of making you feel comfortable even when discussing intricate details. We told her that she was truly an “Angel” to us. She is a credit to both herself and her firm and is a great representative of Tully Law. For anyone thinking of a firm that practices Elder Care Law, we don’t think that you could do better than Tully Law Group.

Their paralegal Marilyn MacGown is rude and thinks she’s an attorney giving legal advice that’s inaccurate! This firm also illegally changed a will with no signatures from both parties using the power of attorney who happens to also be the clients daughter which is a conflict of interest! Do not use them unless u want to do sketchy underhanded transactions!
