I hired mike a few weeks ago, i got a great feeling .. very honest, up front and informative .. taking the time to listen and offering help anytime needed, we are going through a very difficult time but i feel confident and i have all the trust Mike. He will get us through!

I met Michael Matera By chance and I have to say it turned out to be the best decision I’ve made Michael personally pulled me through a very trying time in my life where my personal freedom was at stake from the very beginning he was upfront and honest give me his personal contact information and answered any questions right away with confidence when I seen him perform as my trial lawyer I was truly impressed and after a uphill battle during Covid my name is clear my freedom is safe so if you find yourself in a situation this is the firm and the man to contact .. Matera Law Firm is everything anyone could ask for and more. Michangelo is competent and professional- this guy knows his stuff. He explained in great details exactly how my case would be handled and what I should expect. The fees were EXTREMELY affordable. The office staff were always accommodating and knowledgeable. I tried to go everywhere for help. Friends and family suggested other attorneys. they all took one look at me and first words out of their mouth was a retainer price they saw I couldn't afford before even hearing my problem. Mike welcomed me in like family and listened and cared and tried to help me without even bringing up money before he heard my problem. It was the first time someone was looking out for me in over 20 years. He treated me better than my friends and family. I know a lot of lawyers but none as unique as Matera. Not only was he the ONLY one who didn't judge me, he knew more about my case then the other attorneys that would partially listen, and with no guarantee of a win in my case I never was so confident walking into a courtroom that I would be taken care of. About three and a half years ago I was faced with a legal matter. Thinking it would work itself out because it was a family matter, I waited about a year before I went to see a legal advisor.
