We recently sold our home. Mara went above and beyond to make sure the entire process went smoothly and was as easy as possible for us. She was extremely thorough and 100% without a doubt, always had our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone. 10/10

We appointed Mara and Alexandra to be our attorneys for the sale of our NY condo. She had previously helped us buy another condo 12 years earlier. I thought they did a great job - they were thorough, experienced, competitively priced, easy to get in touch with, and a general delight to work with. Although it was a cash sale, there was an added complication that we were foreign nonresident aliens, and she had to talk the buyer's attorney through how to complete the FIRPTA witholding docs - which she did very well.

We can't say enough about our wonderful experience with Mara and her staff. We were always given advice and assistance whenever we needed it. Not only were there no surprises during the process but our whole process of selling our house and buying our new home went so smoothly. She even aranged it so we sold our house in the morning and bought the new house in the afternoon. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

I hired Mara to represent me and my husband on the sale of our home. She was very knowledable and handled herself in a professional way. Mara was always available to speak with me when I needed her advice. Her office staff was attentive and responsive. Overall, we had a great experience with her.
