IF YOU ARE EVER IN A FIGHT, You want Robert J. Peragine from Cellino Law! Quick story, my life got turned upside down when a tractor trailer hit me hard on the Cross Bronx Expressway. When the police report showed that the tractor trailer driver was 100% in the wrong, the trucking company insurance firm sent me several harrassing letters and left a nasty phone messages to contact them directly to answer their questions. After a solid week of loosing sleep, I decided to contact a lawyer but I did not know any lawyers that handled stuff like this. I remembered a catchy tune from a law firm commercial on TV and decided I had nothing to loose. So I called them while singing the tune. I was so blessed, lucky and proud to have Mr. Peragine represented me. He came to my house that night and we discussed what had happened to me and my/our case. He was beyond awesome, as he also informed me of what to expect every bit and stage of the process. I'm ashamed to admit that I did not believe him at first but he was dead-on correct and accurate at every moment that my case was going through. Had the great experience of having Dan Aiello and his paralegal Ashley Scanlon represent me in a recent injury case. What a great experience it was. It seems odd to say a personal injury issue was a great experience, but as far as the representation I received, it certainly was. Dan was able to settle my case for a significantly higher value than I expected. While the case seemed to go on forever due to COVID affecting court schedules and such, the Cellino Team kept me well informed. When Dan suggested we not accept the initial offers, I felt comfortable trusting his opinion. It was a good decision. In the end, Cellino Law was a great choice.
