I found this law firm through GOOGLE! ! They are incredibly great! Without their help My business would have been closedown. Always answering a phone call. Azfar is a great guy! Man of word, super responsive, profession and a hardworking guy! Leslie was awesome and easy to work with. I would totally recommend this law firm!

My debt was slowly creeping up and while I thought I had created a budget that would allow me to make more than the minimum payments, the pandemic left me right where I started. While looking for bankruptcy attorneys, I came across Tayne law group and I'm glad I did- I didn't want something like bankruptcy to appear on my credit reports for a decade and the employees here were able to reduce what I owe significantly. Fees are affordable and I haven't had any issues contacting the firm if I need something. Thank you, this place is so great, I’m going to have to tell the attorney general about it!

Erin and Leah (I believe?) are the nicest people that work here and it's so pleasant to speak to them on the phone. Erin is always so understanding of problems that I'm facing and it's nice to know that I can call them whenever I have questions especially when it's an urgent matter. I've only spoken to Leslie once but she's a very "to the point" New Yorker (while I'm as quiet as a mouse!) so having her on my side has definitely given me a voice in this whole process. The attorney general needs to know how great this firm is. Everybody has different experiences with lawyers etc and I've dealt with some pretty terrible ones, but that is not the case with anybody here. They have free consultations and I recommended that my friend with debt call and they told him that his debt was low enough that he could get rid of the debt on his own and gave him tips on doing so. They're honest people and I'm happy that I found them!

I should have listened to my father and his wise word, "Pay cash not credit" and I would have never been where I was several years ago. Thanks to Tayne law and her awesome team my life is back on track. I am down to one more creditor and after having over a dozen it feels great! I can't tell you how much they have helped me with my finances and how they fought for me. Some may say they take too long or don't work with this firm, but haven't you heard of the saying "Good things come to those who wait?" I vouch for them and they are great and have been a tremendous wonderful impact in my life. My credit is resolved and I can start fresh with no debt. I give them 5 stars and for those in doubt, don't be because they truly work to help people like me who was drowning, and never having enough money because it all went to my credit cards and loans. Call them if you are like I was, you won't regret it.

Azfar is reliable, professional and so knowledgable. I recommend all my clients to Azfar Khan and the firm. They really help in getting one's credit under control and cleared up.

The idea was to get my credit back to a good place and they did just that, It was a process, but in the end it all worked out.

I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who is in need of guidance with creditor issues. Attorneys are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also willing and able to relay information in a way that anyone can understand which makes all the difference in overwhelming and anxious times.

I would not recommend this firm. I contacted this firm because of the reviews -- do not be fooled. I had to consistently call about my case. I spoke to several staff members and received a different story each time. Everything was done by phone. I received no documentation of any work that was done. They were deducting funds from my account without providing me with any proof of a settlement, which I believe was some fictitious settlement amount they came up with. When I asked for proof of the settlement, that's when I was informed I had to pay them $1,500 upfront for a copy. Yet, I'm THEIR client. They continued deducting money from my checking account AFTER I told them I wanted my money back and no longer wanted their service. I have now filed a complaint with the NY Attorney General's office.

I can’t thank everyone here enough.. I felt so hopeless and could not figure out how to get back on track. Now, in a short period of time, I’m on track to being debt free and have plenty of support to manage my money better for the future!

I’ve worked with Schneider Garrastegui & Fedele on a couple occasions and I could not have been more happier. We hired Mr Fedele esq to help with elder law concerning my father in-law and becoming an admin to an estate. Mr Fedele esq was very thorough in explaining every aspect of the case and what steps we needed to take. The whole process was extremely seamless without any interruption to our daily routine. When we had a question to ask, it was immediate. After having such a wonderful experience, my wife and I used them on 2 other occasions. We had Vivian Garrastegui help with a Medicaid application when my mother in-law needed to apply. We also needed a real-estate attorney when we were in the market to purchase a new home and again Mr Fedele made it happen! Even after completion of the cases, he always takes our call and helps us with any questions. I cannot speak more highly of this law firm!
