Called this office today with in issue I’m having at the DMV with my license. The woman Shanah I spoke with was probably the most help I ever got from someone in a very long time. She listened to my issue, took details and spoke to Mr. Palermo about it. I’m being referred to someone by this office. Even though this is a small step, I felt after our conversation I got a breath of fresh air. I’am very hopeful and appreciative. They seem on the ball and very professional. Thank You!

I have never participated in a lawsuit before -- and hope never to need to again. As the saying goes, its a jungle out there. Thankfully, with the expert guidance and advice I received from Richard Kaufman, we arrived at a resolution well beyond anything I would have envisioned. Interestingly, I fell for the endless advertising, and my first call was to Cellino and Barnes. They took three days just to return my phone call. By that time I had already initiated a relationship with Seiden & Kaufman. I am so glad I did. Richard always had time for me, and walked me (over and over -- I am slow learner!) through process, procedure and protocol. He never told me what I wanted to hear. My lawyer was Kimberly Lerner and she is a powerhouse. She supported me through the entire process. I can't thank her enough for all she has done for me. The outcome was even better than expected in my favor and if you need a lawyer that will fight for you. She's it. Look no further. The day I made her my lawyer I had already had consultations with about 3 or 4 that same day. I had 2 more scheduled but after I met with her, I cancelled them both. She is affordable and the absolute best there is.

I hired this firm to fight couple of my traffic tickets in Nassau county. I was pulled over and given multiple tickets for no reason, and quickly spoke to attorney told me that he will fight them. Very happy with the outcome. Dismissed my tickets and one was reduced to a jaywalking ticket.
