Tendency to over-bill and inflate costs
“Beware! This law firm is rather greedy. Once you sign that initial agreement to pay for their services, they will start spending more time on your case than you ever agreed or expected, billing and double-billing you for work that is not really necessary or tangential time that other firms would not bill.”

“We had paid a retainer and, five months later, we received an email advising us that 'matters are now concluded, we will be closing your file.' That was in July. Strange, but there was no accounting, so we requested one and for any balance to be refunded.”
