My mother was injured and we called Zlotolow & Associates. From day one they were very kind and perfessional. Whenever we called with a question they were right there with the answer. I was referred to this firm and I am so thankful. Robin was so helpful! She answered any and every question I had and was very patient with me when I didn’t understand the process. They Represented Me For A Car Accident I Was Involved In 3 Years Ago, 80% Not My Fault. My Pre Exsisting Injurys Were Aggravated And Needed Surgery. There is an existing lack of consistency with clientele that ultimately allows for the client to suffer as a direct result of lapses in communication. Therefore, in this retrospective I would deem the practice unprofessional for these reasons only based on our personal experience.
