Pros
1
Efficient and responsive legal services
“Paul was great. He was very informative and answered all my questions. He was very easy to contact and responded quickly. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone in need of his services.”
2
Favorable outcomes in legal cases
“Paul did an amazing job for me. He got my very serious traffic ticket reduced to a parking ticket. He was a pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed at every step. I highly recommend using him.”
3
Professionalism and expertise
“Paul is extremely professional and responsive. Would recommend him for any traffic related infractions.”
4
Compassionate and caring approach
“Cona Elder Law has gone above and beyond to help me with my parents planning when my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Melissa in particular has extended nothing but kindness during a particularly stressful and emotional time. I would highly recommend Cona Elder Law and ask for Melissa in particular.”
5
Reliable and trustworthy services
“Melissa Negrin-Wiener and everyone at Cona Elder Law did a fantastic job helping us update and revise our Estate Planning plan. We highly recommend.”
Cons
1
Overcharging and billing concerns
“Somehow Jennifer Cona had my brain damaged son sign some papers that made Ms. Cona the trustee and the law firm continued to bill my brother. In addition, Ms. Cona filed all the social services paperwork in the wrong state, which cost my brother another $45,000 in medical charges that the state should have paid for.”
2
Lack of communication and responsiveness
“Quickly sends harassing mail to my home but doesn't return phone calls very unprofessional. Left the voicemail they said the lawyer was on a zoom call bac”
3
Unsatisfactory services and poor outcomes
“Terrible experience. Would not recommend Cona Elder Law to anyone. They worked on my mother's Medicaid application for almost 5 months and charged me close to $15,000. The application was incomplete. My wife and I spent a month gathering the missing information.”
4
Prioritizing profits over client needs
“It's disheartening to see a firm prioritize profits over genuinely helping families. I would strongly advise against using Cona Elder Care Law Firm if you are looking for a compassionate and transparent experience. Their primary motivation appears to be maximizing their own profits, often at the expense of vulnerable elderly clients and their concerned children.”
5
Unprofessional and rude staff
“I strongly do not recommend! Stacy was very rude and unprofessional prior to speaking with an attorney about my property estate. I asked to leave a message for an attorney/office manger and spoke with another receptionist, I'm assuming because never addressed who she was... They refused to let me speak to anyone and then the call was disconnected.”
