Michael has become a very important person to me and my family through the years, as he has thoughtfully and thoroughly protected and guided me and my daughters through a difficult divorce. His calm intellect and warm sense of humor kept me grounded during difficulties, and his knowledge and strength brought out the best in me while navigating through a chaotic and drawn out process. I am grateful for having the chance of working with him, and I consider him a friend after finding him as an attorney.

When we called Mr. Rubenfeld, he immediately made time to see us . I explained the entire situation, I needed custody of my child , also relocation restrictions on the other parent. Visitation Guild lines, etc . Mr. Rubenfeld was , honest with what could happen and what might not happen. I was trying to go the free route with the divirce through mediation but it became clear that the odds were stacked against me for whatever reason. I decided to retain Michael Rubenfeld by referral from another counsel. It was immediately clear to me that his negotiation skills were excellent and took a very confrontational situation and he was able to expertly and effectively de-escalate it.
