I have been a client of Ronald D. Weiss’s for a few years. I was in arrears with my mortgage, so Mr. Weiss helped be attain a loan modification. Mr. Weiss and his office staff were wonderful helping me with this matter. The staff was professional in how they handled my matter and answered all of my calls and emails. I am very grateful because I came in one day without an appointment and he was still able to help me. I will absolutely be recommending Ronald Weiss’s services to my friends and family in need.

My wife and I were in deep financial debt with no one to turn to for help. I have used Ronald Weiss' office for several matters and found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. After my Dad had passed there was not enough income to support my house or my bills. Mr. Weiss filed a Chapter 7 case to eliminate the debt and to stop the foreclosure sale. Now we are working on an Order to Show Cause to try to dismiss the foreclosure action based on several irregularities. In a down to earth but serious manner he has always been supportive of my situation and understanding of my difficulties. Visiting his office has always been a nice experience.

Mr. Ronald Weiss' office did an A+ job in obtaining a 2% HAMP modification with deferred arrears and helping me decide whether to accept it or try to negotiate further. I was referred by my brother who also had a good experience with his law office.

I am writing this review because I felt compelled to do so, I have been a client of Ronald Weiss for many years and I am very grateful that I am. Ron and his amazing staff have time & time again saved my family from financial ruin. He has successfully executed chapter 7’s and 11’s both for myself and my wife which resulted in stopping numerous foreclosures and subsequently keeping us in our home. At the darkest times in our family’s life Ron kept upbeat, positive and confident but most of all always truthful. He is very knowledgeable but you will realize that the first moment you meet him. We have hired Ron once again on his recommendation for a process called (Order to show cause) An option we did not know about till we met Ron. This is an option that could keep us in our home indefinitely. I would not trust my legal issues with anyone else. Just a note: I travel over 30 mile to his office and it is well worth the time and gas.

Ron helped me (a tenant) resolve a landlord/tenant situation that was quickly evolving in very frustrating fashion. Before contacting Ron, I felt bewildered and stressed by the sudden and frankly unpredictable atmosphere that was escalating, and I was uncertain what options I had available or which of those options I should seriously consider pursuing. He responded to me almost immediately after I made contact with his office (on a weekend), listened to the particulars of my situation, and quickly cleared the chaos out of the way to focus on what I was really hoping to achieve and concentrate on the best possible steps to reach that end. Almost immediately, my stress and anxiety levels returned to a comfortable level of serenity, and they have remained that way thanks to his guidance. Ron (and his staff member Keri) have both been easy to reach and quick to respond during each of the shifting developments that have occurred since I've first retained his services. Many of those responses occurred during late evening or weekend hours, and all have helped restore order and move me closer to a more professional orderly resolution, which I appreciated tremendously. I have been extremely happy with the prompt, professional and considerate manner that has been shown to me from the beginning to the end of this process. I cannot thank Ron enough for the tremendous help he has provided, turning a difficult and daunting process into something I am pleased will now be behind me.
