Though it took some time (years) using different methods, refinancing was finally successful.....with lower payments and lower interest rates.....something that I absolutely needed. Each time I spoke with either Ron or Shannon, everything was handled promptly and very professionally.....and they listened to, and appreciated, my concerns. This usually doesn't happen with lawyers, so their empathy was appreciated.
