Tried to get a copy of my missing house closing papers. The attitude thrown at me was disrespectful and belittling - they could not be bothered and actually went out of their way to NOT help me, telling me I have to wait for my former attorney who no longer works there to return from her vacation. It was an urgent request and they could tell that I was clearly in a panic. Terrible.

Mary did an absolutely great job handling the estate of my sister as well as the sale of her house. She was always responsive to any questions that came up and she made the entire process much easier during a very difficult time in our family’s life. I had an issue with my bank which came up at the last minute before closing and Mary took the initiative to step in and resolve the matter on her own. I would highly recommend Mary for your legal needs.

We hired Mary to help us with the Medicaid application process for my mom, who needs long term care. My family was also concerned about the displacement of my aunt, who has lived with my mother and contributed to the house for decades, but the deed was in my mother’s name only. With a great deal of research and a superior understanding of elder care law, Mary went the extra mile and pursued a Sibling with an Equity Interest on behalf of my aunt. Throughout the long process, Mary navigated us through by always being personable and communicative and showing great care and respect to my elderly mom and aunt when explaining details to them. Mary succeeded in securing Medicaid care for my mother and saving the house for my aunt. I am truly impressed with the outstanding service my family received.

I hired Mary LaManna to facilitate my Grandmothers Will/ Probate during the Pandemic. Which was very slow and tedious, due to court closures. However she was extremely patient, Forthcoming and communicative on every facet of the proceeding. I can not recommend her enough.

If you require any kind of legal help don't come here. Charles is a callous, selfish person and completely unprofessional. He pretends to be helping while only dragging out the process. He most certainly isn't looking out for what is in his client's best interest. He is dismissive of relevant concerns and a blatant liar.
