We hired Andrew to help us fight a cell tower being built in our community and he did a fantastic job and we were successful in stopping the cell tower from being erected in our neighborhood.

I hired David to help represent me against a contractor who had not fulfilled his obligations in my home. David had been referred by his wife on a local mom Facebook board and I knew nothing of the quality of his work but had a good feeling after our initial free consult and his timely follow-up. He took a keen interest in my complaint even though it was likely small in the scheme of his caseload and asked me the right questions to ensure that we had a solid case should we need to move forward in court. The letter he wrote to the contractor explaining our complaint was extremely through, well written and, ultimately, coupled with his negotiating expertise, garnered the intended result. It was evident he had reviewed all he written materials I had provided and recalled details from our conversations. David continued to follow up with the contractor’s attorney and kept me apprised even when the news was that there was no news. He was accessible at all times conveniently meeting me in our home for our initial meeting and also made himself available via phone, e-mail and, even, text messaging. We are at the end of the process now having agreed on a fair settlement amount. Due to his efficiency, command of the law and “get it done right the first time” attitude, David was able to resolve my contractor problem within the retainer budget. I am an extremely satisfied client.
