In 2016, we hired Richard as our attorney to help us purchase our home. And in 2021, we hired him again to help us sell our home. He is a great attorney. He is very responsive. And has a ton of real estate experience so he was able to help us deal with any issues that came up during the buying and selling process. I definitely recommend him.

I had previously hired an attorney who had a para legal working on my case and the deal fell through due to a mistake on her part. After this, I hired Rich for a house closing and home purchase agreement. He has done a great job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Rich to other people. Job well done.

I was diapointed that he had no back round information, he stated " I never get anything from them" meaning Avvo. so I FILLED HIM IN and he was generally ok. I did not want aan opinion, I needed statutes. But over all he gave me much need support in my motion to dismiss my foreclosure.
