The experience and service that me and my husband received from Mr. Colonna office was absolutely fabulous. Everything was done by Mr. Colona and his assistant Agnes on time. I am the board president for a co-op in NYC. John came highly referred by another attorney, and successfully effectuated an eviction for a non-paying commercial tenant. As soon as the moratorium on commercial evictions was lifted after Covid, John acted quickly to submit the court filing for a money judgment. The courts were backed up in reviewing cases, and John and his staff Agnes kept me updated throughout the process. Calls and emails were always answered within 24 hours or less. When we made it to court, John showed up and quickly reached a settlement with the non-paying tenant. There were numerous changes to the law throughout the process, and John stayed on top of every change. As of yesterday, the tenant left the space. We could not have gotten through this process without John. I would leave him 10 stars if possible.
