They never call you back

I would say I was referred by my personal injury lawyer to this firm when I got injured at work and I am very disappointed. It was very hard to communicate with them. They rarely explain things and rarely follow up unless you keep calling and emailing them and when they do respond, they always seem to be in a rush and dismissive, gives you one line answer like you are bothering them. You ask questions because you dont know whats going on and you hired them to help you understand and navigate the case but thats not what happened to me. I know they have other clients and Im sure they are busy as well but this was not how I was treated by my other lawyer. Hope this review help you find a better lawfirm.
