Personally I felt misled, for after the in-take process it took several days for a reply, only to be told they wouldn't be taking my case. A total waste of time. I honestly believed they would represent me, only to receive a phone call denying me representation. I told them I had all my medical records and they didn't even want to see them. I honestly thought they'd at least look at all the records before coming to a decision. Very disappointed!
