I suppose one needs to have a viable case in order to receive 5-star service. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with someone (not an attorney) who sounded lifeless and cavalier about an issue that caused me great distress. Being vulnerable about such things is difficult. As an attorney myself (albeit not personal injury), I pride myself in being empathetic with my clients. The representative rushed me off the phone, did not give any information or details as to a process, and I was never given a call back. Even after sharing private photos of my injury. At least the decency to have an attorney contact me to thank me for choosing your firm to provide business to. Everyone is a potential client. Either now or in the future. I would’ve appreciated a tad bit of decency and customer service. This firm lacks both.

I had the most wonderful experience with Finz & Finz, they took care of me and they got me the most compensation which I didn't even think I could get. The relationship with Brandon was amazing, he's very easy going and I didn't worry for one moment, I knew I was in very good hands.

My experience with Finz & Finz was nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff and team exuded nothing but compassion and professionalism. They were always there to answer questions and give me all of the detailed explanations so I would understand the process. They were my champions and I appreciate them all so much. My Attorney was hard working, patient, supportive, responsive and creative at all times over my six year suit that required extensive research by the firm to assign appropriate negligence for an elevated NYC manhole cover that caught my heel causing a fractured kneecap.
