From the second I meet Frank Pannetta I knew that he was the right lawyer for me. Frank and his team was there for me at a very difficult time in life. He guided and reasured me that everything will turn out great and that’s exactly what happened. Great turn out and highly recommended.

I would always use this firm for any legal matter... I felt comfortable from the moment of consultation... I still nervous about out come and it turned out better than my hopeful best case scenario... they don’t miss a detail... you feel like your case is the only case ... and most importantly they are all about winning for you.

I was referred to Frank Panetta by a friend who Recommended the firm. I was Immediately impressed by the level of professionalism he and his office staff conveyed . Frank was extremely personable , informative and straightforward. I was confident that hiring him as my legal counsel would be the right choice. Frank has been my lawyer for almost 17 years now (crazy how time flies). I trust him and like the way his brain works. He has a strong personality and drive to win every case he touches. He has represent me or my family at least five times and has helped me with smaller legal issues in the interims. Many lawyers don’t really care but it seems like once Franks says yes to a case it’s personal for him and winning it is just as important to him as it is to you. I’m telling you many lawyers are NOT like this and have passive “whatever happens happens” personailities (which I can’t stand). I know this because I have worked with many lawyers in my life but always come back to Frank for the important stuff. When I was in college he helped me majorly with a case that was life altering. I had another lawyer reprenting me who was just going through the motions and was blasé. I’m not kidding I was on my way to the gullotine and Frank came in and saved the day. I was innocent and Frank went out of his way to see that justice was recognized. We won the case and the rest is history. I recommended Frank to two of my brothers and he has represented them as well. Then years later when my Mom passed away in a car accident I asked Frank to represent my family and he went above and beyond and drove with me upstate to investigate the scene. He was very aware of the sensitivity of the case and appreciated his thoughtful conduct. He went to my elderly handicapped Aunt’s house years ago because she couldn’t get to his office due to her physical restrictions to help her with her Will and Power of Attorney paperwork. Fast forward to 2018 and I am working with him again. He is representing my non profit organization and I must say doing an amazing job so far. I had another lawyer on this prior that the organization had hired but he was not doing a good job. I stopped working with the other attorney and hired Frank again, which I should have from the beginning. He cleaned up the other lawyer’s mess and we are now on the way to fixing what needs to be fixed. I highly recommend Frank Panetta. As for his partner Nick, I met a few times while in the office conferring with Frank. He seems like a highly intelligent guy with a similar “win” personality to Frank’s. It seems they work together and bounce ideas back and forth which I like. I would recommend Frank to any friend or family member without hesitation. I have in the past and will again.
