Hard to say where to start when providing a review for CGM&B; is like asking me to explain in a snippet why I love and would trust my brother with my daughters' lives. I sincerely feel the same way about Rick (Collins) and Alan (Feldstein)!! Love and trust these guys like brothers - their advice and feedback isn't always what I want to hear, but it's always on point because they've taken the time to get to know me beyond some transient client; my motivations, faults, and all. I've worked directly and indirectly with Rick and Alan since at least 2003, when CGM&B (formerly, CMG) provided legal counsel for the consulting firm where I was employed. Between then and now, we've collaborated on many companies where I've been employed, or for clients whom we both provided services. I've never felt I or my clients weren't getting their full attention when I (or my clients) sincerely needed it, and I would recommend CGM&B to any company - upstart or established - looking for legal counsel that genuinely knows the space, has their respective fingers on the pulse of the issues at hand, has their client's best interest at heart, and possesses the experience needed to provide well-needed perspective and calm in an otherwise emotionally charged industry. They may not be the cheapest you can find, but I wouldn't choose any other firm to represent my company if the opportunity ever arises - oh wait, I did start my own company....and I use CGM&B as my company's legal counsel. Only thing I can't explain about CGM&B is their willingness to take me on as a client, and Rick and Alan still remaining friends with an ever-evolving idealists like me all of these years :)

I highly recommend Collins, McDonald & Gann. Marc Gann and Zeena Abdi handled my case and I found them to be knowledgeable, professional and very informative. From the first time I walked into their office I had a good feeling. They made me comfortable, explained what was ahead of me and how it could end. They were there every step of the way. The end result was outstanding. What I found most important was their availability. I was able to speak to Zeena or Marc whenever I need without delay. Bottom line- If you don’t hire Collins, McDonald & Gann you will regret it.

Gerard is my "go to" attorney on various business and personal issues, including criminal, personal injury and real estate matters. Id like to highly recommend the expert service of Collins, Mcdonald and Gann for legal defense. Rick Collins and Marc Ganns knowledge of special legal defense issues is unsurpassed. I can personally attest to this, as Ive retained Rick Collins and Marc Gann services for my highly publicized Federal case in 2006-2007. The favorable result I was given is used as a precedence in all other similar cases, I was fortunate to receive a best case scenario of 6mo home detention, as opposed to the 24-36mo incarceration, which the Federal guidelines strongly recommended. This was absolutely and completely due to Ricks ability to educate the judge on my good typical character of the specific areas of the law, which are demonstrated through many documented and widespread studies, and his detailed knowledge of these laws. Rick was very convincing in his defense, that the judge went so far out of the Federal guidelines that the Feds actually appealed the judges decision. They ultimately failed. I now have Rick Collins to thank for my freedom, and hopefully anyone in a similar situation will retain Rick for a similar and favorable result. Collins-McDonald and Gann are the one and only choice for any legal defense issue!
