I needed legal assistance after getting three traffic tickets. I was facing 4 points on my license and over $2K in fines. I did some research and came across Kristin Galison's firm. I sent them an email and she responded very quickly (within the same evening). By the next day, she had sent me detailed instructions with how to proceed and kept me informed about the process. Finally, after some time (the courts were closed due to the Pandemic) I was informed that not only was she able to negotiate the infractions down; my fines were reduced from over $2K to $300, and no points were put on my license. I'm extremely grateful for her service and hard work. I highly recommend her services.

I had received my second speeding ticket in a 3 month span and I knew I had to hire an attorney in order to prevent my license from being suspended. My boss where I work had motioned to me that he received a speeding ticket for 98/55 on the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway and used Kristen's services to get it lowered to a Jaywalking fine and no points. Whilst my ticket was only for 70/55 on the Sothern State Parkway (Feb 2020), I knew that she could do an excellent job for me to. Lo and behold, in Oct 2020 I received and email that she indeed pulled through: a four point ticket reduced to no points. My license would not be suspended. I am still awaiting my results for my first ticket, but I have no reason to believe that I would not be happy with the results. I am not the type of people who likes to review things online, but this situation is worth mentioning. The reason for me writing this: If you find yourself in a situation in Nassau County due to your lead foot, I assure you that you would not be disappointed by her results. Not only would I recommend her, but I would say that she should be the only person you think of should the situation arise. I hope I would not need her services again, but knowing me, I think I may in the near future.

I received a traffic ticket from NCPD for "Avoiding a Traffic Device or Intersection" meaning I cut through a parking lot to avoid a red light camera. The ticket was for $368 and 2 points. Kristin was able to reduce that to "J-walking" at $250 ticket and more importantly no points and I didn't have to spend a day at a Nassau County traffic court! I would highly recommend. Well worth the investment!
