Took excellent care of my situation following a severe crash. Mr. Flanzig and the whole team were amazing advocates for me and helped me navigate the situation I found myself in after doctors meetings and even having to leave NY for extended recovery. So I hired Kevin back in 2020 to appeal my NOPD from the NYPD, and it was once again denied.
