I highly recommend Mr. David Martin for your family law needs. I have worked with Mr. Martin for almost 2 and a half years through a challenging divorce. He was straightforward and knew the law. He listened to the situation and gave his expert advice. He has spent so much of his time explaining everything to me and discussing my options. Divorce is a stressful time and it helped tremendously to have a diligent and knowledgeable attorney on my side. I recently went back for advice on child support modification. I am very happy with the end results. It felt like someone was holding my hand through the whole process and that my interests matter. David Martin will always have my business in any family law needs. I have worked with other attorneys and have come to realize that they are not all the same.

If it was up to me he would get no stars.. glad we only gave him half of an retainer $2500 he chewed that up in phone calls and emails I didn't need .. also was so intimidated by the opposing party sent his partner the next two court cases.. and asking me am I ready for trial absolutely NOT.. I will not pay u to lose custody.. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY

Mr. Martin is a great lawyer and a great person to work with. He always returned my calls and showed up on time in court. He handled my divorce in such a way that it made the process seem easy. His staff was very friendly.

I had been contemplating getting divorced for awhile and had interviewed a few lawyers including one who had advised me for almost 5 years. My father (who has gotten divorced twice) and my stepmother (who my father divorced) both recommended David. Now my father never recommends anyone, but he highly recommended David. When I met him, I liked him immediately. He is a straight to the point, no nonsense lawyer. He will actually SAVE you money because his extensive experience lets him see the end result without wasting your time and money. There are many lawyers who like to "run up the bill" by fighting over issues that are not worth fighting over. David is not one of them. The options are always up to you, but if you listen to his advice, you will save yourself time, money and aggravation. I was very happy with the way he handled my case and recommend him unequivocally.

Dave is a great attorney...tough when you need him to be with a great understanding of the sensitivity of family issues. He is always very reliable and goes the extra mile to get things done for you. He will be my family attorney for life.

Mr. Martin represented me from June 2008 through January 2011. He was exactly the right fit for my needs. He kept me calm in crisis. I always felt like I could rely on his counsel and knew he had my best interest and the interest of my children at heart. My sister-in-law had retained Mr. Martin in her Queens County divorce years earlier. I used his services in Nassau County. He is well known in both jurisdictions and appeared to be respected by all judges we went before (quite a few over 3 years). I was to say the least, surprised about some legal papers I had received that were time sensitive. I had absolutely no idea where to even begin getting the matter resolved. A friend told me about Mr. Martin and I had an appointment with him the very next day. His staff is who I spoke with when I first called, she was extremely knowledgeable. I asked her a bunch of questions about the case and the process and she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. When I got to Mr. Martins office he saw me right away.
