Joe Bondi helped me with 2 separate real estate closings. I sold my house in Feb 2021 and my mother's house in May 2021. In both instances, his team and he were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He is pretty meticulous in calculations and the necessary paperwork so that the transactions could be completed smoothly. In addition, after the closing, minor tasks arose that his team helped fix such as tax escrow refunds nearly 8 months after closing or water bills to be forwarded to new owner.

Mr. Bondi has been my family attorney for over 7 years. He has advised me on two Refi's for my primary residence, and my mother's Reverse Mortgage closing. Mr. Bondi also prepared my family's Will and Estate plan for me, my wife, my elderly mother, and in-laws. I have been through four closings with Joe Bondi, and he is as good as can be. He will not allow you to sit at the closing table if there is any doubt that the closing will go smoothly. He has been tough in all the right ways with us as clients; follow his instructions, follow them right away, and everything works exactly as he says it will. Ignore his advice at your peril.
