I was pulled over for a DWI and was nervous so I contacted Marc Gann and he made me feel very comfortable with the terrible situation I was in. After many court dates he got my charges dismissed. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend anyone who is in that situation to use him.

Did everything and more. Always available no matter what day of the week. Very clear about what is happening and what approach he is taking. Stays calm and assures he will get the job done and he does.

Choosing Marc Gann as my lawyer was by far the best decision I made during my court case. I switched lawyers in the middle of my case with only google reviews, and a good first impression. I am so grateful I did!! Marc is an exceptional person and a great lawyer. He never oversold me, and from the moment we met he was always realistic. He’s one of those people that do more and promise less. He allowed to me to make my own decisions, while guiding and supporting. His communication was impressively fast, and he was always courteous and polite. Best situation I could have hoped for while dealing with my case. I am extremely grateful! Oh, and the firms pricing was fair. The rest of the lawyers and staff I dealt with were all wonderful as well. I honestly don’t have a single complaint. How surprising is that for a law firm!

To make a very long story short, several months ago, I started receiving traffic citations in the mail from the Nassau County TPVA. These citations alleged my vehicle (or at least my Massachusetts license plate) was photographed committing various traffic infraction around the county. I am an active duty military member who was stationed in Las Vegas at the time of all the offenses, and my family and I had never operated any of my vehicles in Nassau County. It seems that when I re-registered my vehicle in Las Vegas, Nevada, and subsequently surrendered my plate, they somehow were illegally transferred to another person who must have lived and/or worked around Nassau County. I immediately contacted the TPVA and they were unwilling to assist, telling me I had to make an in person court appearance, even though I had sent them evidence my vehicles were in Las Vegas for the previous two years and. that I had never owned the make and model vehicle that was committing the violations. The were unwavering. I contacted the local Police Department who declined to take a police report since the plates were "surrendered" and not "stolen." I even contacted the County itself, as well as the Attorney General. No one would help! I was told by the TPVA this would be my issue to deal with until the offender was caught...or essentially forever! I did not know what else to do. I then called Mr. Gann and told him I wanted to sue the County. He calmly asked me to explain the situation, which I did. He listened for however long it took me to rant about my situation and never rushed me off the phone. He offered to take a look at my evidence and I sent it to him for his review. Over the next several interactions, I received one of two more serious infraction notices, essentially stating they would begin reporting this non-payment to the credit bureaus and also take other recovery actions. I again contacted Mr. Gann who eased my mind and set up a court appearance on my behalf, essentially receiving me from an expensive trip from Nevada to New York. He did this on his own time, although at certain financial consequence to himself. He appeared in court, just as he told me he would, and successfully resolved the issue that same day. I was relieved of all financial responsibility for the infractions, which was confirmed by a letter I received from the TPVA. It is rare is such a busy world, with so many people in it strictly for themselves, to find people like Mr. Gann. He did not know me, certainly owed me nothing, yet gave me my piece of mind back that this was finally over. He is obviously a competent attorney, just look at all the other reviews available on the different legal sites; but, he is also much more than that, he is also very much a kind, compassionate human being he believes in doing the right thing, even when there is no personal benefit. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone in need of legal assistance. Thank you Mr. Gann!

I thought I would never see my family again. Then, I was introduced to Marc. I knew from the first meeting that he was special and could and would help me. Marc was always a quick phone call away and answered my questions professionally and compassionately. I felt like I was his only client. I did everything Marc told me to do. I was in a tough spot and searching for the right lawyer. After meeting a bunch of lawyers I met Marc and almost instantly I knew he was special. He went above and beyond for me and was able to totally resolve what seemed like an impossible issue. Marc Gann represented me when I was charged with a felony and he was able to get the charge reduced all the way down to a non-criminal violation charge of disorderly conduct. I am writing this review for Marc Gann. I had the pleasure of working with Marc for over a year after he was recommended to me when I was arrested and charged with a Criminal Felony last year. Going through the horror, embarrassment and emotional turmoil know one can ever prepare you for. I had no idea at that time I even committed a crime.. Marc and his staff were incredible. They showed kindness and compassion. I was always kept in the loop as to what was going on. I had never been in trouble or experienced such a horrific event in my life before. Although I found dealing with the DA's Office at the time very difficult Marc never gave up.. They were a lot of serious repercussions my Family and I would of suffered had Marc not been able to get these charges dropped.. Yes Marc was able to get these charges dropped...
