Hard to say where to start when providing a review for CGM&B; is like asking me to explain in a snippet why I love and would trust my brother with my daughters' lives. I sincerely feel the same way about Rick (Collins) and Alan (Feldstein)!! Love and trust these guys like brothers - their advice and feedback isn't always what I want to hear, but it's always on point because they've taken the time to get to know me beyond some transient client; my motivations, faults, and all. I've worked directly and indirectly with Rick and Alan since at least 2003, when CGM&B (formerly, CMG) provided legal counsel for the consulting firm where I was employed. Between then and now, we've collaborated on many companies where I've been employed, or for clients whom we both provided services. I've never felt I or my clients weren't getting their full attention when I (or my clients) sincerely needed it, and I would recommend CGM&B to any company - upstart or established - looking for legal counsel that genuinely knows the space, has their respective fingers on the pulse of the issues at hand, has their client's best interest at heart, and possesses the experience needed to provide well-needed perspective and calm in an otherwise emotionally charged industry. They may not be the cheapest you can find, but I wouldn't choose any other firm to represent my company if the opportunity ever arises - oh wait, I did start my own company....and I use CGM&B as my company's legal counsel. Only thing I can't explain about CGM&B is their willingness to take me on as a client, and Rick and Alan still remaining friends with an ever-evolving idealists like me all of these years :)

A friend of mine hired Marc. Marc was up front, knowledgeable and there to bail him out of a wrongful accusation. I later met Rick, who is also knowledgeable about the law, and passionate about helping those get fair representation. They care about knowing their client just as much as they know the law and the system. Their staff is friendly and accommodating and the firm is involved in giving back to the community.

I highly recommend Collins, McDonald & Gann. Marc Gann and Zeena Abdi handled my case and I found them to be knowledgeable, professional and very informative. From the first time I walked into their office I had a good feeling. They made me comfortable, explained what was ahead of me and how it could end. They were there every step of the way. I hired Rick Collins for my son who got himself in a bad situation. From the beginning Rick was and has been professional, educating, VERY educatiing, his knowledge of the peptide and research chemical industry is amazing. Most of all he's very patient with my son. Rick Collins has been worth every penny. He constantly gives my son updates and doesn't give up. If you have a son , or you yourself are in a situation I highly recommend you consider Rick. This is a testament to Marc Gann. I needed A lawyer almost 2 years ago to the day.I was recommended Marc Gann from a very dear friend who is a Nassau County Court Officer for 30 years! One can only imagine how many lawyers he's seen in action. However, my very own brother has been is a divorce attorney for approximately 30 years as well. He (my brother) recommended one of his colleagues. So my dilemma began. Who should I retain? Here's a buddy in the court system who is IMPLORING me to go With Marc and my own flesh and blood BROTHER referring his guy! We should all have these problems. But, after meeting Marc in person, I explained to my brother I had to go with my gut. I was so impressed with him. I just liked his style, demeanor, and professionalism which is spot on. And he's such a nice guy to boot. And personality goes a long way with me. My brother, being a lawyer, and so smart, thankfully ENCOURAGED me to do exactly what I felt was best for the family. Bottom line, I did indeed get the best lawyer that Long Island has to offer (oh except for my brother of course lol) No doubt in my mind. And I ended up gettting his partner Bob McDonald in the package. Another experienced pro and excellent person indeed. 5 Star Review here!
