This attorney is extremely unintelligent and I would use extreme caution before using him. Specific circumstances that require immediate attention were not acted upon by him. He also charged for things such as consultations with personnel when he was making searches in the wrong county to obtain info. He has absolutely no sense of urgency in emergency matters that require immediate attention. This attorney is probably knowledgeable in a lot of areas but is totally incapable of using common sense when I needed something to be acted upon immediately. Victor is always one or two sentences behind in the conversations you have with him. He is absolutely horrible. I quickly discovered that I would have to get different lawyer in the firm to do his job and that's what I did. What ended up happening is that I had 2 lawyers doing nothing instead of just Victor. I thought that he was removed from the case. Eight months later I had to e mail the head lawyer that nothing was done on the case that I thought was going to be handled 6 months ago. When I got the bill later on I was horrified to find out that Victor had been working on the "case" as he referred to it. Actually there was no case until the head attorney took a small amount of time out to write a letter requesting a copy of the trust from my brother's attorney. Let me repeat that this man is horribly unintelligent. The best way to describe Victor Finmann is to use the phrase "The lights are on and nobody's home."
