I’ve had a very positive experience with this company. They kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. They were extremely professional, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs help with a ticket they received in New York.

The staff was friendly made the process less stressful. I was kept informed throughout the process and they resolved my issue. I am extremely happy with my outcome.

I got pulled over for a moving violation which would have added 3 points to my license. Thanks to Wendy Bishop, I got no points and got a reduced fine instead! Wendy Bishop is an amazing Lawyer!

I was pulled over last summer and given a literal 20 foot long list of tickets and criminal court summonses in Long Island a day before moving to Texas. Referred by a friend I sent them to NY Ticket Defenders along with a payment that definitely stung a little in the beginning, but sure enough every single ticket but one was DISMISSED, with the last being reduced to a parking ticket. No idea how they did it, but at the end of the day I'm not going to jail, my license is valid, my insurance didn't get nuked, and I didn't have to show up for a single thing. Worth every penny. Wasn't cheap, but with the outcome I couldn't feel more fine about paying it. Other ticket lawyers I've used for less have never managed to do anything like this, and usually I end up just paying all the tickets, the lawyer and the raised insurance premiums lol. So I guess they weren't less expensive regardless...

Ticket defenders were extraordinarily helpful in their efforts with my situation. Although the fee seems high at the time it was definitely worth it and saved me more money and aggravation in the long run. 😀

Wish I could give 0 stars. Lost my case miserably, no communication throughout the process, no preparation for court. No follow up after court, I ended up getting all original points plus fines and assessments and when I asked for more information I was ghosted. So I ended up paying them (on top of everything) for nothing. Joke of a law firm
