Got a 4-point ticket near Taconic pkwy for 74 mph with 55 mph limit. He took care the whole appeal process for me. In 20 days, he made it into a no-point parking ticket with $150 fine. He charged $400 for my representation and guaranteed lowering or removing the points. Superb result considering the big cost if I don't fight "the system"! He deserves all the nice reviews!

I received two tickets; one for expired inspection and one for speeding. Mr. Wolfberg was very sincere in listening to the specifics of my tickets and actually gave me free advice, recommending that I did not need to hire him. i highly recommend Mr. Matisyahu Wolfberg. I got 8 tickets about 2 months ago on the NYS Rt 17 & i was facing 13 point's with $3000 in fines. My friend recommended me Mr. Wolfberg as he had before a good experience with him, so I contacted Mr. Wolfberg's office and he told me that he will take care of everything from A-Z, from requesting the supporting depositions till he will get the job done, While he said that he couldn’t guarantee the results, he said he would do his best, 2 months after I received an email that he got 6 out of 8 tickets dismissed and the 2 other were gotten 1 for a parking violation and the 2nd for a moving violation with 2 points plus a fee, the end up total was 2 points with $665 witch i think is a great deal!! I received a 5 point cell phone ticket in the Ramapo Town Court. I went myself to the pre-trial conference at which time they offered me a plea bargain which would carry 2 points. I rejected the deal and asked that the matter be set down for trial. Wanting to avoid points on my license I contacted Mr. Wolfberg. While Mr. Wolfberg said that he couldn’t guarantee the results, he said he would do his best. Well, I just got an email from Mr. Wolfberg with amazing news!
