I have used Matisyahu's services many times, always with great outcome. He works across all NY and NJ courts, knows all intricacies of each court or TVB, and completely handles your case until it is resolved. The latest win was 2 tickets for speeding 80 in 50 zone and fail to signal - total of 8 points - which he got completely dismissed. Very professional, courteous, fast to respond - highly recommend!

A highly professional attorney. I got a speeding ticket in new york and I am an out of state resident. All I had to do was scan my ticket and send it to him. He took care of everything else and I was notified that my case was settled without me getting any points (I was supposed to get 6 points)! Don't break the law but if you do, Matisyahu Wolfberg is who you should contact immediately! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I contacted Attorney Wolfberg's office after being pulled over in Westchester, NY for allegedly driving 20 miles over the speed limit; I was facing several points and an expensive fine. I was facing a 6-point moving ticket for doing around 77 mph in a 55 mile zone. The Court that issued the ticket had a system to plea bargain (reduce the charges) via mail. I did so and my ticket was reduced to a 3-point violation. Having a clean driving record, I did not want any points on my driving record. God knows what it would do to my insurance premiums. I found Mr. Wolfberg online and agreed to have him represent me. He was courteous and PROMPT in responding to all my questions via email. In the end, he got my ticket down to a NO point moving violation. Oh, and I didn't have to go to court which would have taken at least half a day of my time. Those proceedings rival that of a visit to the DMV. I am skeptical about services I find on the internet BUT using Mr. Wolfberg to represent me was a GREAT decision. I would DEFINITELY recommend him!

I gave this office a call when I got a ticket for failure to obey a traffic device and it worked out great. I was looking at getting 2 points on my license but Mr. Wolfberg represented me in court and the ticket was reduced to a parking ticket and no points. It's good since I work in a delivery job and you get canned if you get too many points on your license. Really helped me out.

Matisyahu is the best! He successfully reduced my 5 point school bus ticket to a no point parking ticket. He handled everything from beginning to end, i did not have to respond to the court, i did not call or show up to court. I HIGHLY recommend using him for his amazing services!
