My wife & I were in upstate NY driving to a friend's house from Maryland. Up til I received the ticket I honestly had never heard of the "Move Over Law". If you're unlucky enough to receive a ticket it is normally $290, plus a $93 surcharge AND 3 Points on your license! Sheesh! Take my advice - slow down and move over if you're passing a cop (or emergency vehicle) on the side of the road. Anyway, I'll keep this brief - Matisyahu was worth every penny I paid to have him represent me in court (a 6 hour drive from my home, by the way). He was able to get the ticket reduced to a parking fine with no points.

I got caught in a speed trap in upstate NY right before the Canadian border. Contacted Matisyahu and all I gave him was the ticket number and he took care of the rest. I was looking at a substantial fine and recurring charges and he had it all reduced to a simple obstructing traffic ticket that will not impact my driving record or my insurance. Excellent attorney! Even though Mr. Wolfberg was recommended by a friend I was a bit skeptical initially. But now I am recommending him to all my friends based on my personal experience: We had two tickets (both my wife's) in NY handled by Mr. Wolfberg. First ticket was in Clarkstown (2 point violation) was just dismissed by the court because Mr. Wolfberg proved that the police did not have enough evidence for winning the case. The second ticket was in Orangetown (6 points speeding ticket). Mr. Wolfberg already had it reduced substantially at the first hearing but he scheduled another hearing to get even better results. How many attorneys will do that?!

Matis is a savior! I contacted him a few months back to fight a speeding ticket I had got in Niagara, NY. I just provided him the ticket details and an affidavit to represent me in court and he took care of the rest. He got my 6 point speeding ticket dismissed in court! Not sure where Mohammad Raghid got the impression that these are paid reviews - well, I did pay Mr. Wolfberg to retain his services. But I don't think that fits the baseless accusation. Also, name is masked as I don't want the world tracing my business back to me so easily. That said, Mr. Wolfberg was straight forward, took care everything, and did it relatively cheaply considering his retainer, the reduced fine, and no points (which would have easily been almost $200 a year for several years with my record plus the ticket and the NY State Safety Fee). Just make sure you do everything he instructs, keep an eye on dates, and he'll take care of the rest. When my address change didn't get my memo to me due to a court mistake, he even called down to get me more time. Can't beat that. Thanks, Mr. Wolfberg!

A very professional individual with a great support team of competent attorneys! Has come through for me on more than one occasion. Incompetent

I got a speeding ticket in White Plains, NY. I was going 51 in a 30 zone, I was facing 6 points on my license and hundreds in fines and surcharges. I called Mr. Wolfberg up, emailed him my ticket and after that I didn't have to do anything other than sign some papers and send them to him. He took care of everything, ended up having to go to court for me twice (at the same fixed rate) and I was shocked to get an email a few months later that he got it down to 0 points and a fine of $188. Amazing! I did not believe he would actually get it down to that but he did. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone.

Matisyahu Wolfberg is a amazing lawyer and very professional!!!! He won 3 speeding tickets and 1 red light ticket for me. Of course won for my friends too! Recently, He won a stop sign ticket again!!! He is awesome. I highly recommend him to all my friends.
