I received a 6-point (work zone) speeding ticket that I had contacted Matishyahu for assistance. His communication was very quick and straight forward. He takes care of the communication with the court, appearance in court, strategy to handle the case, everything. Clear outline on what you need to do (not much really). In the end, he got my ticket dismissed. No points, no fines, it never happened. That was a tremendous victory. His service is worth every penny.

I was very happy with mr. Wolfberg from the first minute I started dealing with him for that he takes care of every detail.
My story is that I drove safely for over 3 years till I was pulled recently in upstate NY for doing 78 in a 50 zone and for having a toddler climb out of her car seat so he gave me a seatbelt ticket too, and it added up to 11 points and a $1200 fine which is sick for a first time offense, and mr. Wolfberg got it down to a simple parking ticket.
All I can say is that he did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.

I got two tickets on my way to NY and back to Buffalo, one is 96/55 and another is 110/65, which add up to 19 points. I searched for lawyers around me and finally chose Mr.Wolfberg to help me dealing with these two cases. I'm extremely satisfied with the results--I got the 96/65 reduced to 3 points and the 110/65 dismissed! So finally, I only paid $170 for the fine and 3 points deducted in total!
I would strongly recommend Mr.Wolfberg to you guys, they are so professional!

I have been fortunate to have the services of Counselor Wolfsberg for several years. He has been fair and clear to what he was able to accomplish. Recently he got my speeding ticket, 80 in a 55, dismissed. I would have received 6 points on my license and paid almost $700 in fines, etc. if it was not for the representation of Counselor Wolfsberg. I appreciate his professionalism and his effectiveness. I really appreciate Mr. Wolfberg help, when I, being as a tourist in NY, got a ticket on Manhattan for "unlicensed driving", having just Russian local driving license. Its very hard to understand the laws of different country, when you don't know the rules of the game. worked out a plea bargain whereby we pled guilty to a Parking (no points) ticket. The judge assessed a fine of $100. Considering you were facing a 4 Point Speeding ticket, this is a tremendous deal! thanks matis !!!
