Scott replied right away after I called. He is very professional and answered all my questions. I got a ticket for holding my cellphone and using it as a GPS. He was able to reduce it to a parking ticket with zero points. He delivered what he promised. I recommend him 100%. Thank you Scott!

Got a speeding ticket going 13 MPH in Roscoe taking a friend to SUNY Delhi. Annoyed that I would receive points and have to travel back to Roscoe, I gave Scott a call. True professional and up front about the outcome. Reduced my speeding ticket to a Parking violation with $150 fine. Extremely satisfied and would use Scott again if needed.
