Scott represented me last minute for a speeding ticket in Kingston. He was very professional and accommodating. He prevented me from getting points and had my fine significantly reduced. I highly recommend Scott.

Responds in a very timely fashion. Very professional and very understanding. It was my first ticket and he helped me through the whole process. Sent a picture of my ticket notary and paid, 2 months later get the results and he was able to bring down my ticket with points to a non moving violation with no points. I was in need of hiring an attorney being from Long Island and getting a speeding ticket in Upstate NY near Monticello on Rte 17. I was inclined to just pay the potential fine and plead guilty, however after speaking to a friend of mine who is in law-enforcement advise me to see the advice of an attorney that represented people up there I did a search on local attorneys that handled traffic violations. I did some research and found the office of Scott Russell and was greeted by a very professional staff before speaking with Scott himself who address my situation and concerns and a very professional manner. Scott had also advised me not to pay the fine and plea guilty as he could play down the summons to a parking violation with no points and just get a fine to pay. My situation was resolved this week in November from a traffic violation that happened back in March of this year and Scott had told me it was going to take many many months after the summer in order to be resolved based on how the courts are running. I am very grateful to have met Scott and would recommend him to anyone else in a situation like this, thank you Scott and to your office.
