I looked at my ticket on a Sunday morning a realized I had court the next day. I was panicking as I still have no retained a lawyer and court was a little more than 12 hours away. I found Scott Russell on Facebook and saw he had good reviews. I contacted him on Sunday praying he would answer. I asked if he could represent me that next morning at 9am. He agreed to and got my speeding ticket dropped to a parking ticket. I definitely recommend him as he didn't even have to answer my call on his day off nor did he has to represent me in such short notice. I'd definitely give more than a 5 star rating for him!

My son received a speeding ticket which carried with it 9 points. On top of which it was in NY and we live out of state. Scott was able to get the ticket down to only 2 points and they did not carry over to our home state. He was amazing. I can say enough about him nor give him enough thanks. I got a speeding ticket on the way to my daughter’s college for the parent weekend. It was the first time driving by myself in NY state for long hours in the dark and I’m totally not familiar with the surroundings. The ticket was issued in half way and about 2.5 hours away from my home… It really ruined my days. As a mom with sports kids and busy working schedule, it sounds not possible for me to appear in the court 2.5 hours away.
