Recently, I got caught speeding (48 in 30) in upstate. I would have received a major fine and points on my license if it wasn't for Scott's work. After looking at a few attorneys in the area, Scott's firm stood out like a sore thumb and I automatically felt confident enough to trust him. Scott was quick, terse, and got straight to the point. His professionalism, expertise and communication were excellent. The outcome was that my ticket was reduced to a no point, parking violation. I could't be happier. I highly recommend Mr. Russell. I got a 83/65 speeding ticket in Upstate and pleaded not guity, but I live in California, so there would have been huge hassles to travel between the states of NY and CA if I didn't hire an attorney.
