Encountered a nasty cop in upstate NY (I'm from TX) last year whose goal was to write multiple tickets and not even bother to tell me. I wasn't aware of the move over law at that time and continued in the same right lane and normal speed passing a flashing cop car that stopped a truck. A few min later I was handed 2 tickets, one for speeding (was maybe 5 over) and one for not moving over. Scott worked his magic and got these converted to the equivalent of parking violations. Quite a relief. Dont know what magic Scott did but he did. Thank you Scott.
