As you can see all of Mr. Russell's reviews are stellar, if you happen to have a traffic infraction. Unfortunately that wasnt the case when he was assigned to me as a legal aid. After only seeing me twice in months of incarceration I was then pressured into taking a terrible deal that "would go away today if I didnt take it". Instead of trying to get a better plea that I was more than reasonable with accepting and compromising to I was railroaded into a lengthy bid that even prison staff found excessive. If you get a speeding ticket call Scott but if you get into real trouble call a real lawyer.

I looked at my ticket on a Sunday morning a realized I had court the next day. I was panicking as I still have no retained a lawyer and court was a little more than 12 hours away. I found Scott Russell on Facebook and saw he had good reviews. I contacted him on Sunday praying he would answer. I asked if he could represent me that next morning at 9am. He agreed to and got my speeding ticket dropped to a parking ticket. I definitely recommend him as he didn't even have to answer my call on his day off nor did he has to represent me in such short notice. I'd definitely give more than a 5 star rating for him!

My son received a speeding ticket which carried with it 9 points. On top of which it was in NY and we live out of state. Scott was able to get the ticket down to only 2 points and they did not carry over to our home state. He was amazing. I can say enough about him nor give him enough thanks.
